The MAFO design stands for Monk Around and Find Out, a play on the classic phrase, but inspired by Todd Monken's no-nonsense approach from day one. During his introductory press conference, he had a couple moments where he set clear boundaries with the media, letting everyone know exactly how things were going to be handled. Since then, the tone around the team changed, questions got more careful, and the message was understood. This piece represents that energy… direct, disciplined, and built on the idea that respect is earned when you show you're not here to play around.
