At OTRD Merch, all items are made using print-on-demand production. Because each product is created specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items Only
We will exchange an item only if it meets one of the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged
- Item arrived defective
- Wrong item was received
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of use
We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must:
- Include a valid tracking number
- Be shipped using a trackable shipping service
- Be approved before sending
We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking.
Print-On-Demand Notice
All products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns for refunds.
How to Request an Exchange

- Order number
- Name on order
- Description of issue
- Photos of damage or defect
We will review your request and provide instructions if the exchange is approved.
