At OTRD Merch, all products are made using print-on-demand production. This means each item is created after your order is placed. Because of this, processing and shipping times may be longer than standard retail stores.

We appreciate your patience as your item is made specifically for you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after purchase.

Processing time typically takes:

3–7 business days for production
Additional time during high order volume, holidays, or new releases

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Because items are made to order, processing cannot be rushed once production has started.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Holidays
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If the wrong address is entered:

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

OTRD Merch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
